Title: TheSchur-Siegel-Smyth trace problem

Abstract: In this talk, we will present the famous "Schur-Siegel-Smyth trace problem" which is exist nearly 100 years. Suppose $P(x) = x^d+b_1x^{d-1}+\cdots+b_{d-1}x+b_d \in Z_d[x]$ has all real, positive roots and isirreducible. Fix $\rho < 2$, the problem is to show that, independently of d, except for finitely explicitly computable exceptions,$b_1 \geq \rho d$.
